How I Can Help You

I can help you with retail operations management, acquisitions, negotiations, and supply and manufacturing systems. My expertise also includes entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, budgeting, business planning, and forecasting. As a founder/president in the textile recycling industry, I have experience growing a small organization into an industry leader. My background includes analyzing internal and environmental challenges and opportunities in sales, raw goods, logistics, manufacturing production, union and vendor contract negotiation, and retail store operations. I was President of SMART (Secondary Materials and Recycled Textiles), an international trade association, Vice President of SOBs (Sons of Bosses) St. Louis, and a Board member of Saint Louis Special Olympics. I am passionate about sharing my experience and knowledge. Give me a call.
